Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Project Leader to manage multiple engineering projects within the Battery category, providing direction and technical guidance for successful, timely implementations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize schedules, and manage risks to meet cost and manufacturing targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 7+ years of experience, and strong CAD skills. Travel of 10–15% domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD and tolerance analysis.
• Knowledge of FMEA/DFM/DFA is beneficial.
• Ability to manage schedules, risks, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple low to moderately complex engineering projects.
• Provide technical direction and project management guidance.
• Facilitate and document project meetings; track schedules.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and product readiness.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Present high-level engineering summaries to stakeholders.
