Job summary

Milwaukee Tool, Wisconsin, is seeking a Project Leader to manage multiple low to moderately complex engineering projects with minimal direction. You will provide project management and technical direction to support Value Engineering and Product Support across the Battery Category.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, drive schedules, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Travel 10–15% internationally as needed and collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• PM training or graduate studies preferred.
• Experience with design for manufacturing and reliability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead low to moderately complex engineering projects with minimal direction.
• Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings and track timelines.
• Ensure projects meet budget and scheduling guidelines.
• Drive design to meet cost, timing, and high-volume manufacturing needs.
• Identify risks and implement risk reduction plans.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure delivery.
• Oversee integration of components, materials, packaging, safety, and compliance.
• Review procedures and drive improvements across teams.
