Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Brookfield, Wisconsin seeks a Senior Project Leader to manage multiple complex engineering initiatives with minimal direction. You will provide project management and technical leadership to ensure timely execution of projects across teams.

Lead design efforts, review work, control budgets, and communicate status to stakeholders while managing risks and coordinating with global manufacturing to meet cost, timing, reliability and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
• Graduate studies preferred in Project Management, Finance, Marketing, or Organizational studies.
• Formal project management training preferred.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience in related field.
• Experience managing multiple moderate-high complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple moderate to highly complex engineering projects with minimal direction.
• Provide project management and technical direction for timely implementation.
• Lead design projects and guide team members.
• Review work of designers, engineers and other team members.
• Ensure projects meet budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Interact with global manufacturing partners to meet goals.
