Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with effective time management and organizational skills.
• Willing to dig in and learn on your own as needed.
• Candidate must be “responsible” and take ownership of all phases of the project.
• Quick learner with solid customer service experience;
• Ability to utilize well developed critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe/PDF skills
• Able to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Track record of being a cohesive team player
• Strong interpersonal skills are required
• College degree preferred but not required
• minimum of 3-years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare client proposals.
• Soliciting and coordinating specialty subconsultants for each project.
• Creating and maintaining project files.
• Downloading and organizing digital project related documents.
• Set up and editing of projects into the company database.
• Communicating project milestones and due dates to the entire team.
• Assembling and finalizing client reports for electronic distribution.
• Assisting Project and Client Managers and ensuring project activities are completed in a timely manner.
• Providing back-up telephone coverage to the office receptionist.
• Assisting on various projects.
• Coordinators as needed.
• General office support and other duties as assigned.
