Compass is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead sourcing and recruiting for engineering, data, and product teams in our Austin office. You will partner with hiring managers, manage the full lifecycle, source active and passive candidates, and help promote Compass culture and brand.

We value strong communication, 3+ years of technical recruiting, and proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. This role is in-office and collaborative in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting and sourcing engineers.
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) with solid academic record.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a full pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage active and passive candidates.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve sourcing and workflows.
• Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and screen applicants quickly and effectively.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through referrals, networking, internal databases, and research tactics.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and be responsive.
• Promote the Compass brand and attract qualified candidates.
