PCG is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives in the New Orleans area. The role focuses on developing collateral, assisting with proposals, and coordinating client-facing events to showcase engineering services.

The ideal candidate will manage digital and print materials, drive branding consistency, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and the business development team to reflect technical capabilities accurately.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or closely related field.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills for professional marketing materials and client interactions.
• Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple marketing initiatives.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint); familiarity with InDesign and Canva.
• Knowledge of social media, digital campaigns, and WordPress.

Responsabilidades

• Marketing & collateral development: design and maintain digital/print materials and qualifications documents.
• Proposal & sales support: assist with proposals and basic business development activities.
• Digital & content management: manage WordPress updates, run social campaigns, maintain digital channels.
• Asset organization: gather project info, specs, and case studies for marketing use.
• Event coordination: plan and execute client-facing events and industry conferences.
• Campaign tracking: monitor performance, report results, and manage contact databases.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align marketing with engineering and PM teams.
