Personnel Consulting Group in New Orleans is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for premier engineering services. You will manage digital and print collateral, assist with proposal development, and coordinate client-facing events.

This role requires close collaboration with engineers, project managers, and the business development team to ensure branding consistency and accurate technical messaging across external materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills for professional marketing materials.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Canva.
• Knowledge of social media, digital campaigns, and WordPress.
• Experience providing sales support or coordinating business development within a professional/technical environment.
• Proven experience planning and coordinating corporate events or conferences.

Responsabilités

• Marketing & Collateral Development: Prepare, design, and maintain high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including the development of qualifications documents.
• Proposal & Sales Support: Assist with proposal development, support sales outreach efforts, and execute basic business development activities.
• Digital & Content Management: Manage basic website updates using WordPress, execute social media campaigns, and maintain active digital channels.
• Asset Organization: Gather and organize project information, technical specifications, and case studies for use in ongoing marketing and business development activities.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute client-facing events, industry conferences, and other related activities to strengthen client relationships.
• Campaign Tracking & Database Management: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, report on results, and manage internal contact databases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical teams (engineers and project managers) to ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect the firm’s engineering, industrial, and marine services.
