Job summary

ISC Constructors seeks a Marketing Coordinator - Graphic Design to lead production of marketing collateral, branding, and digital content from our Baton Rouge office. You will maintain brand standards, create templates, and support campaigns across channels.

The role blends design expertise with project management and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality materials on tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a hybrid creative/coordination role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro a plus).
• Experience designing for both print and digital environments.
• High attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and brand consistency skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background checks.
• High ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, social graphics, ads, event materials, and digital content.
• Create and update branded templates (PowerPoint, Word, proposal layouts).
• Develop clean, consistent visual content aligned with brand standards.
• Support digital platforms by designing email headers, web graphics, and paid media assets.
• Edit and format photos, remove backgrounds, and prepare files for print and digital use.
• Collaborate on video editing, animations, or motion graphics as applicable.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Track KPIs, gather metrics, and assist with marketing reports and dashboards.
• Manage digital asset libraries, design files, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, leadership, and external vendors.
