Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communication, or marketing.
• 2 years of experience in marketing or related field—ideally in the AEC industry.
• Demonstrated experience with organizing, editing, and preparing long documents.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe InDesign.
• Research and/or reporting skills and ability to collect and summarize relevant background information on clients, pursuits, or markets.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate with colleagues remotely.
• Relationship management skills with the ability to develop productive working relationships with technical staff at all levels of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently, plan, multitask, and maintain an efficient approach to completing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proposal and Deliverables Production: prepare proposals, SOQs, resumes, and other qualification materials, coordinating with technical staff to meet deadlines.
• Pursuing and Positioning for Opportunities: assist pursuit strategy, value proposition, and go/no-go decisions.
• Monitoring, Intake, and Distribution: manage qualification-based pursuits, track bid platforms, and coordinate internal processes.
• Leadership and Strategy to Drive Business Growth: support marketing initiatives aligned with strategic plans and enhance client experience.
• Market and Client Research: conduct ongoing industry/market research to inform pursuit strategy.
• Internal/External Communication: support content creation for internal channels and external communications.
