Zusammenfassung

Fuze Health is seeking a Principal Engineer to shape the architecture of its digital pharmacy and care platforms. You will drive the technical strategy across multiple squads, mentor senior and mid-level engineers, and uphold security and compliance standards in a high-volume SaaS environment.

You will work with AWS, PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, Python, and TypeScript/JavaScript to build scalable, reliable systems that improve patient outcomes while meeting HIPAA and SOC2 requirements.

Qualifikationen

10+ years in software engineering and system design.
Deep experience with high-throughput, distributed SaaS systems.
Healthcare/digital health domain knowledge preferred.
