Yendo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the backend engineering team behind our high-traffic application process. You will own people, technical direction, and delivery as a player-coach, staying close to the code while guiding architecture and production quality.

This role is remote or in our Dallas office, with a fast-growing startup environment focused on financial inclusion and mobility. You'll mentor engineers, drive strategy, and partner with product and design to ship impactful

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams of 5+ engineers.
• Strong backend and infrastructure architecture skills.
• Delivery-focused with production reliability mindset.

Responsibilities
