Job summary

Yendo is building a new backend platform from the ground up to empower everyday Americans with better access to credit and financial services. This role is based in our Dallas office, and you will design and implement resilient services, collaborate across product, design, and engineering, and help scale a fintech that prioritizes inclusion and mobility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with backend or full stack solutions (Go, TS, Java, Python, or Ruby).
• Prefer experience with Postgres, Redis, and AWS.
• Enjoy thinking about systems — life cycles, edge cases, interactions, and failure modes.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Experience in fintech, payments, processing, card networks, banking, or early-stage startup is helpful, but not required.
• Passionate about financial inclusion and mobility.
