Job summary

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or quality management, plus hands-on CNC, robotics, and automation experience. Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering and/or Quality Management experience, preferably in the Semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on CNC Machining, Robotics and automated manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting copy exact transfer, implementation, and cross-site process alignment.
• ISO 9001 and 6-sigma / DMAIC experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site engineering function, aligning technical resources with business priorities.
• Oversee and support the Small Hole Drilling Automation Line and related line improvements.
• Develop process documentation, controls, and DOE studies to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Singapore team for copy exact alignment and knowledge transfer.
• Review ECRs/ECOs, drive corrective actions, and ensure documentation is compliant.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
