The role ensures safe, compliant, and uninterrupted support for high-volume manufacturing, guiding safety, quality, and uptime while aligning with customer expectations and industry standards in a demanding 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of high-purity gas/chemical systems and fab operations.
• Experience with contract management, financial processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at a client-owned semiconductor manufacturing site.
• Drive safety, quality, and uptime across the site and teams.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, and certification for cleanroom protocols.
• Manage contracts, renewals, scope changes, and change orders.
• Provide KPI reporting on uptime, safety, and quality to stakeholders.
