Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
8+ years of experience with at least 3 in a leadership role managing small to medium teams.
Strong knowledge of high-purity gas and chemical systems and cleanroom operations.
Experience with contract management, financial processes, and quality systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead safety and compliance programs for semiconductor fab operations.
Oversee Quality & Operational Integrity and RFT initiatives.
Manage and develop a team across Technical Facility Management and operations.
Administer contracts, budgets, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Provide KPI reporting and stakeholder communication.
