NxEdge, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager at the McGregor facility in Boise, Idaho to lead daily precision machining and the Small Hole Drilling program, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while developing the team and aligning with engineering, quality, and maintenance.

You will manage staffing, training, equipment readiness, process discipline, and production ramp, while advancing Lean, 5S, standard work, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer commitments and enable

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years manufacturing experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience in precision machining, semiconductor components, or high-precision products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations for McGregor facility including CNC machining and Small Hole Drilling.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity goals.
• Develop and coach a high-performing operations team.
• Partner with HR on staffing, succession, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality on new product introduction and process documentation.
• Support qualification activities, capacity ramp plans, and customer commitments.
