Qualifications
- 8+ years as a software engineer with at least 1 year leading teams.
- Experience delivering large projects with complex integrations.
- C# and .NET experience required.
- Strong understanding of development best practices and estimations.
- Experience scaling teams and mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead two engineering teams; guide backlog, milestones, and delivery.
- Ensure test coverage and automation efforts are strong.
- Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs and KPIs for observability.
- Balance hands-on coding with leadership duties (up to 10%).
- Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Boarding, Implementation, and Product Ops.
- Provide technical guidance on Global Payments systems and products.
