Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 1+ year managing teams.
• Proven experience delivering large projects with complex integrations.
• C# expertise and .NET fundamentals are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead two senior engineer teams and drive delivery of initiatives.
• Ensure test automation, coverage, and code quality.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and drive observability across portfolios.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and deliver end-to-end processes.
• Mentor engineers and manage product backlog with PMs.
