Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across Solar, BESS, and other renewables, including staffing, workload, performance, and budgets.
• Coordinate engineering activities across project management, developers, contractors, and operating organizations to align technical requirements and project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with New Generation EPC Specification, QA procedures, safety-in-design, and design standards; manage technical risk and critical design-basis decisions.
