Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering ABET-accredited.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in utility engineering.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience with SCGT/CCGT project development, design, construction, commissioning, startup, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering and technical team supporting aeroderivative and heavy-frame SCGT/CCGT portfolio; manage staffing, workload, performance, succession planning, resources, and budgets.
• Establish priorities and foster safety, accountability, technical excellence, collaboration, inclusion, employee development, and continuous improvement.
• Lead engineering execution across the project lifecycle from development to closeout; coordinate with Project Engineering, EPC firms, OEMs, and operating companies.
• Direct resolution of interfaces, design changes, deviations, nonconformances, engineering issues, and project risks affecting safety, quality, cost, schedule, or compliance.
• Own and maintain New Generation EPC Specification and ensure compliance with project criteria and lessons learned.
• Provide engineering leadership for design reviews, safety-in-design, constructability, operability, maintainability, and turnover.
