American Electric Power (AEP) is seeking a seasoned leader to manage wind farms and solar facilities totaling <600 MW in a defined geographic area. You will direct operations, maintenance, safety, and budgets, ensuring compliance with local to federal regulations and coordinating with contractors and landowners.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree (or 5 years in power plant ops) and at least 8 years of industry experience, with supervisory responsibilities and strong MS Office proficiency. Expect after-hours availability and deep field involvement.

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of power plant ops experience.

• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and relay diagrams.
• Supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
