Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum ten years of utility engineering experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across projects and acquisitions.

Aufgaben

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for Solar, BESS and other renewables, including staffing, workload, and budgets.
• Provide engineering oversight of developer-led Solar, BESS, and build/transfer projects through acceptance and turnover.
• Serve as primary engineering integrator among teams and partners to align technical requirements and objectives.
• Direct resolution of technical interfaces, design changes, deviations, and risks affecting safety, cost, and schedule.
• Own and maintain the New Generation EPC Specification portions for Solar, BESS, and related technologies.
