Consigli Construction Co. Arch Energy division is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to guide utility‑scale solar, battery energy storage, substations, and grid interconnection projects from pursuit through commercial operation.

The role requires building repeatable engineering practices, leading external Engineers of Record (EORs), and partnering with estimating, procurement, operations, quality, and commissioning to deliver safe, reliable, and contract‑compliant facilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering and EPC delivery experience in utility-scale solar, BESS, substations, transmission/interconnection, or related power infrastructure.
• At least five years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and external EORs across multiple concurrent pursuits.

Mansioni

• Direct technical strategy and design delivery from site diligence through IFC design packages and turnover.
• Lead integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) including PCS, BMS, EMS, PPC, SCADA, and related systems.
• Oversee P&C scope for substations, AIS, GIS, transformers, grounding, protection schemes, metering, and energization.
• Lead multidisciplinary reviews of civil, geotechnical, structural, electrical, controls, and site logistics.
• Develop scopes, fees, schedules, deliverables, interface registers for EORs, utilities, OEMs, and consultants.
• Partner with estimating, procurement, operations, quality, and commissioning to validate design maturity and risk.
• Support business development through site walks, proposals, and client presentations.
