Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a lead engineer to oversee execution and build engineering capabilities for EPC power infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission lines, distribution systems, and energy storage.

You will oversee engineering delivery, ensure technical quality, and coordinate with project management, construction, procurement, clients, and executives to drive project outcomes and capability development across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership in power infrastructure engineering and EPC execution.
• Ability to manage technical quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience leading complex engineering efforts including substations, grid lines, distribution, and energy storage.
• Capability-building mindset with experience developing internal engineering resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering delivery, technical quality, and adherence to standards, processes, and specifications.
• Manage and direct consultants and engineering resources.
• Coordinate with project management, construction, procurement, clients, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead engineering planning and execution to support project outcomes and capability development.
• Support development of internal teams and strengthen engineering practices across EPC delivery.
