Job summary

MYR Energy Services is seeking an Engineering Manager (EPC) to oversee engineering and procurement for electrical substation, transmission, and distribution projects from bid to closeout. You will manage delivery through third-party engineers, coordinate design reviews, and support procurement and construction to ensure final as-built documentation is completed.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in design, engineering, or project management for EPC/utility work, a PE license is preferred, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in design, engineering, or project management for EPC/utility projects.
• PE license is preferred and construction/EPC experience is valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals for EPC electrical substation, transmission, and distribution projects.
• Define project scope aligned with clients and consultants.
• Coordinate design activities with subcontractors and oversee deliverables from bid to as-built.
• Coordinate procurement with subcontractors and Procurement Manager.
• Work with vendors to expedite procurement information and deliverables.
