Socket, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team as we scale. You’ll partner with engineers and GTM stakeholders to ensure the team tackles the right problems, balances long-term investments with near-term needs, and maintains a high bar for quality.

You’ll influence architecture decisions, foster ownership, and remove bottlenecks, while guiding colleagues through ambiguity with thoughtful decision-making in a remote-friendly environment.
