Job summary

Sitemate is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the engineering side of a product team, reporting to the Director of Product. You’ll partner with the Product Design Manager to align timelines and outcomes and collaborate with the Tech Lead on architecture and code quality.

In this role you’ll plan sprint capacity, break work into milestones with estimates, track progress, and serve as the primary escalation path for blocked engineers while communicating delivery status.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an engineering team.
• Ability to plan, scope and deliver software with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering side of a product team and collaborate with Design and Tech Lead.
• Plan sprint capacity, break work into milestones with estimates, and track progress.
• Act as primary escalation path for blocked engineers and communicate delivery status.
