• 8-12 years of experience in product-based companies or startups.
• Strong grasp of scalable web back-end, streaming, full stack development, handling production issues.
• Deep understanding of scalable, highly available architectures.
• Experience hiring and growing an engineering team; startup experience preferred.
• Understanding of business processes and applying technology to streamline them.

Responsibilities

• Architect innovative solutions for highly scalable, reliable apps.
• Set up best practices and continuous improvement of the product development lifecycle.
• Develop roadmaps for system and product growth, ensure timely delivery.
• Manage stakeholders like designers, business analysts and product managers with delivery plans in Agile.
• Create clear career paths for team members through mentoring.
• Perform regular performance evaluations and feedback.
