Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience owning a production SaaS platform.
• Strong hands-on with Go, React, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Proven ability to support, troubleshoot, and scale production systems.
• Experience leading a small engineering team or workstream.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Interest in AI‑assisted software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Technical Ownership: Own the platform architecture, code quality, infrastructure, and reliability.
• Engineering Leadership: Lead day-to-day delivery of the product roadmap.
• Security & Compliance: Support SOC 2 readiness and secure development practices.
• Platform Growth: Deliver enterprise features, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows.
