YouTrip is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to guide a team of engineers in building scalable backend and frontend services used by millions. You will drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

You will work with distributed and remote teams, champion best practices, and continuously improve development processes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in team management, coaching diverse engineering teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in designing high-performance, concurrent applications; Golang is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to oversee squad-level priorities, deadlines, and outcomes.
• Strong ability to set objectives using the OKR framework.
• Background in distributed systems and handling complex software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and manage a team of software engineers, setting goals and conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversee software project execution and ensure on-time delivery with quality.
• Contribute to codebases, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance.

• Coach engineers technically and professionally to grow autonomous contributors.
• Build a high-performing, agile team delivering stable, scalable features and services.
