Job summary

Owner.com is seeking an Engineering Manager for Launch and Websites to lead full‑stack teams building the self‑serve launch journey, the website builder, and related generation systems. You will balance product intuition with technical execution, shipping impactful features while growing a durable engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a software engineering management role leading full-stack product engineering teams
• Proven track record leading high-performing, engaged full-stack teams
• Strong product sense with ability to balance speed, quality, and user impact
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React) and backend systems (Node.js)
• High degree of cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and business
• Plus: growth/PLG experience (self-serve activation, onboarding, upgrade flows)
• Plus: experience applying LLMs or agents (research, enrichment, next-best-action, automated diagnosis)

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of full-stack engineers building core product surfaces (launch journey, websites, builder, and generation systems)
• Own fast, high-quality delivery with engineering excellence and hands-on guidance when needed
• Foster a durable engineering culture and scalable processes across two strategic product areas
