Job summary

GetLaunchDay is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a small, high-impact team. You’ll work on the AI landing page builder, real-time analytics dashboard, email delivery engine, and Validation Score algorithm.

This is a hands-on role with ownership. We ship multiple times per day, engineers own features end-to-end, and you’ll communicate with customers weekly to validate solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and shipping SaaS products.
• Experience with infrastructure (Vercel, AWS).
• Excellent written communication in a remote, async environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core product features across the stack.
• Own features end-to-end from database schema to UI pixels.
• Improve page builder performance and AI content generation quality.
• Build and optimize real-time analytics and data pipelines.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers as the team grows.
• Talk to customers weekly to understand pain points and validate solutions.
