Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily operations of the engineering team.
• Ensure cycles are planned, tracked, and completed effectively.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship of engineers.
