Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will partner with development teams to enable rapid, reliable deployments while abstracting away underlying complexity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Experience designing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficient with Terraform and Helm (IaC).
• Hands-on GitOps with ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of Linux, container networking, and cloud-native security.
• Experience building internal developer platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized deployment.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and IaC.
• Implement and optimize GitOps-based CD workflows using ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards and scaling strategies.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance with proactive monitoring and self-healing.
