Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, IT, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a senior software engineer, manager, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diversely skilled team of engineers and lead performance reviews and compensation decisions.
• Define architecture and development strategies, ensuring scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Oversee design, architecture decisions and cross-functional collaboration on complex projects.
