Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years in engineering with leadership/management experience.
• Experience building backend architectures with Java, Python, or Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team and professional growth.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of enterprise full-stack apps, APIs, and integrations.
• Contribute technically as a player-coach and review code and designs.
