Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Integrations team, building and managing our suite of integrations across CRM and MAP platforms. You will guide backend engineers to design, develop, and operate distributed systems that scale to millions of requests daily.

You will balance execution with mentorship, align with product and TPM, and foster technical excellence and shared ownership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

4+ years of engineering management experience with direct mentorship.
6+ years hands-on software engineering in backend stacks.
Experience leading distributed teams across time zones and geographies.
Design and operate large-scale distributed systems in SaaS/product environments.
Deep familiarity with CRM/MAP integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
Experience with no-code integration/data pipelines (Fivetran) and API auth.
Strong API design for integration-heavy systems (REST, webhooks, idempotency).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and grow a team delivering reliable, scalable systems.
Set technical direction and priorities for the Integrations group.
Drive project execution with best practices: clean code, tests, observability, CI/CD.
Collaborate with product, TPMs, and stakeholders to align goals and requirements.
Promote healthy engineering culture, ownership, and continuous learning.
Recruit and onboard talent across multiple sites.
