DoorDash for Business is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a pod of 8-10 engineers responsible for high-impact, global catering and team-meal solutions. You will define roadmaps with product and business partners, grow the team, and own an end-to-end charter across regions.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Sales Strategy & Operations to deliver scalable, reliable systems and drive global consistency while balancing regional needs across US, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing engineers, including hiring and performance management.
• Shipped and operated production systems at scale.
• Led work spanning multiple teams or geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own a business-critical charter end to end and set the technical direction with PMs and business partners.
• Build and grow a high-performing team, hiring, mentoring, and defining standards.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to align platform capabilities with enterprise needs.
• Manage architecture for a global stack and define service ownership.
