Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager with strong product sense to lead a cross-functional team of Android, FullStack and Backend engineers. You will own the hiring process, collaborate with business and engineering leaders, and shape the roadmap for transportation and logistics initiatives across the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience leading 8+ engineers
• Prior experience shipping user-facing products
• Extensive experience as an engineer in a product-focused development environment

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance, leadership and development for a team growing to 8+ engineers across Android, FullStack and Backend
• Own the hiring process for your team, in partnership with recruiting, to grow a diverse and inclusive team
• Collaborate with business and engineering leaders to understand needs and translate them into a world class product
• Engage with internal stakeholders to define the roadmap and vision for the product
• Partner with analytics and data teams to measure impact and success of features
