Job summary

Vertiv seeks an Engineering Manager to lead project engineers, PMs, field technicians and third-party teams in delivering Integrated Modular Solutions for IT, telecom and industrial sectors. You will manage design through production, ensuring quality, schedule and budget while interfacing with clients and suppliers.

The role requires 6+ years of engineering and management experience, strong leadership, and ability to travel 15–20% domestically. A PE license is optional.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering and management experience.
• Experience reading construction drawings and equipment specifications.
• Understanding of NEC, NBC, IBC and NFPA70.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Post-sales engineering leadership from design through delivery.
• Lead engineering team to designs meeting quality and budget requirements.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire and control disciplines.
• Collaborate with customer, GC and third-party suppliers to meet requirements.
• Travel 15–20% domestically for site reviews and startup support.
