Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Compliance Engineering Manager to lead a post-sales team of engineers and coordinate with field technicians and third-party teams, ensuring designs meet quality and budgetary targets. You will supervise Structural, Electrical, Thermal, Mechanical, and BMS/Controls disciplines and work with customers to align Vertiv design with their requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; substantial experience may substitute.
• PE license optional depending on candidate.
• 6+ years in engineering and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales Compliance Engineering team from design through delivery.
• Ensure designs meet quality and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate Civil, Structural, Thermal, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire and BMS/Controls disciplines.
• Interact with customers and their permitting agents to support requirements.
• Travel to project sites to supervise and evaluate field engineering work.
• Develop and improve engineering plans, processes and procedures.
