Job summary

Vertiv in Pelzer, SC is seeking an Engineering Manager to supervise structural engineers and external teams, oversee technical execution from design through delivery, and drive financial performance for the team. You will lead integrated modular solutions for IT, Telecom, and Industrial sectors, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal units to ensure project success.

Qualifications

6+ years of engineering and management experience.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SolidWorks, etc.
Understanding of NEC, NBC, IBC, NFPA70 and related codes.
Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise post-sales engineering and manage technical project execution from design to delivery.
Lead the engineering team to meet quality and budget requirements.
Coordinate activities with Vertiv and third party engineers and suppliers.
Interact with customers to align designs with requirements and permitting.
Perform annual performance evaluations and set team objectives.
