Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Thermal Engineering Manager to direct and develop a post-sales engineering team, overseeing design and delivery of integrated modular solutions for IT, Telecom and Industrial markets. The role requires coordinating diverse engineering disciplines and third-party teams to meet client requirements and project budgets.

You will work with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure design compliance and successful project execution, travel as needed for site reviews and performance

Qualifications

• Post-sales Thermal Engineering team leadership and directing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to oversee designs for IT, Telecom and Industrial data center projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple engineering disciplines and third-party teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Thermal Engineering team to deliver designs meeting quality and budget.
• Coordinate Structural, Architectural, Thermal, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire and BMS/Controls disciplines.
• Interface with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure project alignment.
