Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Compliance Engineering Manager to supervise and guide Project Engineers, Project Managers, Field Technicians and third-party teams in delivering Integrated Modular Solutions for IT, telecom, and industrial sectors. You will oversee design-to-delivery efforts and drive technical excellence across all engineering disciplines.

You will coordinate with customers and contractors, ensuring designs comply with NBC, IBC, NEC and industry standards while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; PE license optional if demonstrated experience.
• Experience managing engineering teams and multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, codes (NBC/IBC/NEC) and data-center equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-sales Compliance Engineering team and manage project execution from design to delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination across Structural, Architectural, Thermal, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire and BMS/Controls.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and third-party vendors to meet project requirements and budgets.
• Ensure designs meet Vertiv quality standards and optimize for cost and schedule.
• Travel 15–20% to sites for reviews and field support.
