Bluebeam, Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to architect, develop, and evolve systems powering Revu. The role blends Windows desktop development (C#, .NET, WPF) with cloud-native backend systems on AWS, using Golang and C#/.NET.

You will lead cross‑team initiatives, deliver production-grade code, and drive observability and security across the stack. You will mentor engineers, own backend and platform work, and partner with Product, Design, QA, Architecture, InfoSec, and DevOps to

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software development and production systems.
• Strong Golang and C#/.NET experience across languages and code bases.
• Expertise in microservices, API design, containers, orchestration.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (DynamoDB/MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD and modern delivery practices (testing, release automation).
• Ability to define designs, tests, and operational readiness for complex systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture and evolve end-to-end capabilities across Revu Windows desktop and AWS backend services.
• Own scalable, highly available services and APIs using Golang and C#/.NET; design cloud-native AWS solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for cross-team initiatives and milestones.
• Contribute hands-on production-quality code across stack (Windows desktop in C#/.NET and backend services).
• Improve engineering systems through design/code reviews, test strategy, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Establish observability, resilience, recoverability, and secure operations; participate in on-call as needed.
• Mentor engineers and multiply team effectiveness, coaching and sharing knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Architecture, InfoSec, DevOps to translate requirements into customer-centered solutions.
