Affirm is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Consumer team to shape how millions of users experience our mobile apps, web, and future surfaces. You will lead a well-balanced engineering group, set expectations, provide feedback, and foster growth while steering multi-quarter roadmaps tied to major experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years managing and growing engineering teams.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing software end-to-end.
• Ability to guide architecture, quality, and reliability decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a well-balanced team of engineers with clear expectations.
• Own the team’s technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Empower engineers to own design and quality through cross-functional alignment.
