You will lead a cross‑functional frontend team, define technical strategy, and guide architectural decisions to deliver reliable, scalable experiences for millions of users.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven consumer-facing software delivery and ambiguity-driven execution.
• Technical judgment to guide architecture, quality, and reliability.
• Experience leading end-to-end technical initiatives for consumer systems.
• Familiarity with modern full-stack development using React/React Native and backend-for-frontend.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a well-balanced team of engineers, setting expectations and providing feedback.
• Own the team’s technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to experience initiatives.
• Empower tech lead and engineers during design and cross-functional alignment.
• Own availability, reliability, and performance of consumer systems, including on-call work.
• Drive alignment across organizations and influence partner roadmaps.
• Partner with Product, Design, Analytics, and other Engineering teams on cross-functional efforts.
