Reuters is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers focused on AI-enabled features for Westlaw. You will drive architecture, code quality, and reliable production operations while staying hands-on in architecture discussions and prototyping.

You will mentor engineers across Senior and Staff levels, champion DevSecOps, and ensure delivery aligns with product roadmaps in a fast-moving legal tech environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering with front-end and back-end experience.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams and shipping production-grade systems.
• Experience with LLMs in production, RAG, and agent workflows is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a software engineering team, including hiring and professional development.
• Oversee scalable frontend, backend, and API development with a focus on reliability and security.
• Drive GenAI integration and AI-enabled features across Westlaw platforms.
• Shape architecture, coding standards, and CI/CD practices for secure, scalable delivery.
