Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in senior or lead roles on AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience in generative AI, RAG, or LLM-based systems with deployment and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and build AI foundation for Westlaw experiences; lead multi-component pipelines and autonomous agents.
• Mentor engineers and drive ML lifecycle governance across models and deployments.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI-powered features.
