Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Slackforce integration team. You will lead frontend and backend engineers, shaping architecture and AI-driven improvements while partnering with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to deliver enterprise features.

You will mentor engineers, help define roadmaps, and drive hiring and delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment powered by data and AI.

Qualifications

2+ years of engineering management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training/work experience.
Ability to weigh several constraints to make rapid decisions in a fast-growing company.
Technical experience to discuss architecture and product decisions with engineers; AI applications.
Proven history of shipping products with consistent execution.
Highly organized and thrive in rapid-paced environments.
Comfort with performance conversations and providing objective feedback.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers and grow the team through recruiting.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Data and Marketing to conceive impactful features.
Build roadmaps and long-term team vision with Product.
Drive project execution and accountability.
Define and fulfill the engineering hiring plan including screening and interviewing.
Identify ways to leverage AI to improve product and workflows.
Partner with other engineering leaders on priorities, processes, and policies.
